We've taken our ground duck to the next level and added some spices to make a ground duck chorizo! The mix is 70/30 duck meat to duck fat, with Spicy Piment d'Ville Piment d'Espelette and other spices to make duck tacos, taco salads, and more! The chorizo has spices, salt, pepper, and garlic.
